First Foundational Training
Action item:
- Choose a song to go through this challenge with and record a first version of it.
- Identify what phase of singing you are in right now.
Challenge Day 1
Action item: Sing your chosen song and identify your dominant register.
Challenge Day 2
Action item: Train your non-dominant register:
- Sing the chest or head voice exercise
- Sing parts of your song in specific register
Challenge Day 3
Action item: Combine both registers in your chosen song:

Challenge Day 4
Action item: Apply “bite” into your chosen song and start playing with the different colors of your voice.
